RE-FLAME™

Nano-expansion flame retardant coating

RE-FLAME™ Superthin Fireproof Coat

RE-FLAME™ is an environmentally friendly, fragrance-free, odorless, water-based product and an oil-based product, which exerts 50 to 70 times stronger
expansion-type flame retardant effect by forming a nano-coating film.
The most stable neutralizing substance is excellent for fire prevention and prevention of fire spread.
It safely protects building structures and facilities from thermal expansion
and contraction during fires, and has excellent durability
and deterioration prevention effects.

Application Areas

1

Frame protection coating for concrete exterior reinforced concrete columns

2

Coatings to block the spread of flames through ceilings, ducts and vents

3

Flammable polystyrene foam panels, flammable window opening coatings

4

Coating for wood construction surfaces and metal bearing structures

5

Roof coatings applied with combustible Bitumen materials

6

Improved fire resistance of various wall panel surfaces and equipment components

Application Features

In the event of a fire, it has a self-expanding flame retardant effect due to its high adhesive strength, expanding to 50 to 70 times the volume of the raw material to support the structure. It is an environmentally friendly water-based product that is non-chlorine and non-toxic, and the nanoparticles’ structure penetration and surface cleaning function can eliminate not only fungi but also harmful pollutants and microorganisms both indoors and outdoors. It can be used as an additive for anti-fungal effects in sand, plaster, and putty.
